Pinhole glasses can assist in natural vision training and are used in conjunction with eye exercises. Pinholes can assist distance and near vision & are not to be worn for driving. A soft pouch, instructions on how to use and extra exercises are included – frame is standard adult size.

Pinhole glasses have a series of pinhole-sized holes filling an opaque sheet of plastic set within a spectacle frame. They allow a very narrow beam of light to enter the eye which reduces the circle of blur on the retina, resulting in a sharper image. With time the pinholes become less obvious and can help with exercising your eye muscles.
